Aluminium Pergo Modular Framed Structure

Specifications

Durable Components

The Shaderunner® TRAX ‘PERGO’ is constructed using only the most robust components, including custom-designed aluminium tracks & framework, SS roller bearing wheels & marine-grade fittings.

Multiple Aluminium Coupling Joints & Bases

The Trax ‘Pergo’ model features a multitude of bolt-together aluminium joiner connectors to choose the best frame configuration for site conditions. The lightweight but robust Aluminium Posts, Beams & Running Tracks, allows easy bolt together installation.

The Aluminium components can be powder coated to a multitude of colours to fit the surrounding decor. Side Blinds can also be added if required.

Weatherproofing Option

For a Waterproof Option, then special, differing length hangers are incorporated to enable side fall of the cross extrusions. This enables water to be discharged off the lower edge of the fabric. A side gutter can be integrated if required.

Versatile Design

The Aluminium Running Tracks, can either be fitted within the frame or above the frame to suit the site requirements.

Attach to Existing Structure

Specifications

  • Side mount with: 4m max with side mount angles, wider widths achieved with multiple bays
  • Under mount width: Up to 6.5m with 2 tracks, up to 7m with 3 tracks, max 4m between tracks. Wider widths achieved with multiple bays
  • Extension: Only limited by the support structure length
  • Fabric Drop: 250-500mm typical stowed fabric depth (custom designed to suit site conditions)
  • Details: 40x40mm Aluminium Running Tracks, Aluminium angles for side fix, SS ball bearing runner wheels
  • Operation: Manual operation as standard with endless cord system & cleat, Motorised option with remote. Motor type: RTS motor in powder-coated slimline headbox
  • Sensors: Optional wind, sun or rain sensors

The Shaderunner® TRAX ‘MONO’ is just supported by 40x40mm Aluminium tracks only. These can be mounted to the inside faces of existing steel, timber or other support structures, with the addition of an Aluminium Angle. Or the tracks can mount directly under the support structure.
