Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to return any eligible louvred roof system or motorized pergola within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. If you need to initiate a return, please contact our support team, and they will guide you through the process. Custom-built products and special orders are not eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Refund Policy

At Louvred Roof Online, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to request a refund, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs and custom orders are non-refundable. If your item was damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your louvred roof system or motorized pergola, Louvred Roof Online offers an easy exchange process. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with the original packaging. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for exchange. To initiate an exchange, contact our support team, and they will assist you with selecting a replacement product. Shipping fees for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged.
